Nurse Ormandy. ] he whole oi the right hand side of Lowtown down to Hough- side, South IHrade, Littlemoor, to Troydale, and the left hand side ot hartown going- towards Roker l>ane—the whole length of Roker Lane to Larnley boundary. 3. Nurse Greenwood. Calverley, part of Rodley up to Bagley Lane, and the whole of the Ederoyd Estate. 4. Nurse Holland (part-time). lyersal Estate, the whole of I'hornbury within the Borough boundary, and the whole of Bolton Royd Estate. A Midwife is attached to each section as shown, the additional Midwife being' a part-time appointment, so that there are now four County Council Midwdves employed—three full-time and one part- time—and one District Nurse Midwife who attends to the Farsley District only. 'I he Midwives are available to act in the capacity of either Mid¬ wife or Maternity Nurse as required. 'fhere is also the possibility of the services of a relief Midwife in the near future. 5. HEALTH VISITORS. This section remains unchanged, the appointment of a fourth full-time Health \dsitor being temporarily in abeyance, so that there are still four Health Visitors—three full-time and one part-time em¬ ployed by the Boroug'h Council. 6. NURSING IN THE HOME, Phis is carried out by five District Nursing Associations as follows: — Pudsev District Nurse Association, Stanningley and Farsley District Nursing Association, Calverley District Nursing' Association, Rodley District Nursing Association, Bradford District Nursinp- Association, The Pudsey Association looks after the whole of the Borough of IMdsey, the Stanninglev and Farsley Association takes under its wing the whole of Parsley. The Farsley Nurse also undertakes attend¬ ance at maternity cases as either Midwife or Maternity Nurse. The Calverley Association embraces the whole of Calverley down to Brook¬ field Avenue, and the Rodley District Nurse practices in the Rodley area of the Borough under the auspices of the Rodley District Nursing Association, from and including- Brookfield Avenue, the whole of Cal- verlev Bridge and up to and including- Bagley Lane. The Nurse from the Bradford Association serves the T3ersal Estate. 7. CLINIC ARRANGEIVIENTS. INFANT WELFARE. A new Maternity and Child Welfare centre was opened on the Tyersal Estate in August, much to the delight and relief of the resi¬ dents, so now a fourth Clinic has been added to help the mothers and babies in this Borough.
