D. the sum “of free of legacy duty in “trust to pay the same to the Treasurer for the time “being of The Westminster General Dispensary in “Gerrard Street, in the Parish of St. Anne, Soho, West¬ minster, in the County of Middlesex, instituted in the “year 1774, which said sum I charge upon my personal “Estate, and desire the same may be applied to the “benevolent purposes of that Institution.” Note.-—The Westminster General Dispensary is em¬ powered by Act of Parliament to receive gifts by Will of Land and Buildings
