![In ward 4 for female patients, a, new store room lias been completed, and a partition has been erected between this! ward and the circular corridor leading to the female infirmary. Hill House has been completely painted outside. The drive leading thereto has been greatly improved. In the dining hall a partition has been erected, which encloses the hot plates and which greatly increases the com¬ fort and appearance of this part of the Hospital. Ward 1 for female patients has been] completely re- dec or at ed, and a new system of heating has been installed. In the female hospital one: of the large dormitories! has been re-painted. In the kitchen a large fish fryer has been erected. In the laundry an extra tank for dealing with foul cloth¬ ing1 has been installed. Two lavatory basins have1 also been fixed. In' the Engineer’s department a suitable) store room lias been designed and completed, a fitter’s shop enlarged and re-constructed, and many of the rooifsi cleaned and rei-painted. The bath room and lavatory for the use of the artizans has t./ been re-designed and a fresh entrance provided.
