![MATERNAL MORTALITY FOR PERIOD September 1, 1932—December 31, 1942 PAVILION, PRIVATE AND BERWIND OUTDOOR SERVICES During this period there were 75 deaths in 42,854 discharged patients; a maternal mortality rate of 0.175 per cent, or 1.75 per 1,000 patients discharged, or 1.98 per 1,000 pregnancies.
