![commences by half yearly payments, that is to say, the sum of One Hundred and Fifty Pounds Sterling on the first day of One Thousand Eight Hundred and and the like sum of One Hundred and Fifty Pounds Sterling on the first day of following in each and every year from this date, during the continuance of his natural life ; and on his decease his Executors, Administrators, or Assigns, are hereby declared entitled to claim from the aforesaid (Home Government or Messrs.
