    CENTRAL LONDON SCHOOL DISTRICT. Report on Ophthalmia. Mr. Chairman and Gentlemen, On the loth of this month, two years will have elapsed since I entered upon my duties at the Han well Schools. I have now the honour of presenting a Report upon the work of the last twelve months {i.e. since June gth, 1890). It will be remembered that the Ophthalmic patients were moved from their old quarters into the nev/ Isolation School on the 6th, 7th, 8th, gth, and i6th of May, 1890. The present Report, therefore, deals with the progress made in the Isolation School; my former Report (June 9th, 1890) having reference to the year during which the Ophthalmic cases were isolated in a portion of the old School.
