Gentlemen, I have the honour to present to you my Annual Report on the Sanitary condition of the Newcastle-undergone Rural District, with Vital Statistics for the year 1906. BIRTHS. The total number of births registered in the District was 175— 82 males and 93 females, equal to an annual birth-rate of 25’64 per 1000 of the population.
