Edinburgh ; one in the Deaf and Dumb Institution, Edinburgh, two in St. Charles, Lanarkshire, and one in the Bridge of Weir Institution. ARRANGEMENTS FOR MEDICAL TREATMENT. DEFECTIVE VISION. In 1943 152 children were examined by Dr. Flint, the Council’s Ophthalmic Surgeon, and spectacles or drug treatment prescribed as required.
