    and require a longer rest for their removal than those of accommodative asthenopia. (2) The haziness (verschwimmen) is more a running together and through one another of the letters than an indistinctness of outline, and this passes on sometimes to definite double vision. Further, he says that when this happens many patients actually feel that one eye is turning out. (3) A large number of patients find relief in covering up one eye ; and (4) In putting the object further back.
