(a) Smallpox. Under arrangements made previously with the Kent County Council, provision is made for the treatment of cases at Dislingbiir^- Hospital. There v/ere no cases during the year. (b) Other Infectious Diseases. Cases of infectious disease requiring hospitalisatimi are admitted to the Haine Isolation Hos])ital, Ramsgate. Maternity Hospitals. There are no maternity hospitals in the Borough, but cases requiring hospitalisation are admitted, by arrangement with the Isle of Thanet Hospital Management Committee, to thd Maternity Ward of Ramsgate Hospital.
