Class 1, comprises all the Boys above fourteen years of age. Class 2, all the Girls, and such Boys as are unfarfourteen years of age. The Meat is reckoned in weight after it is cooked. Suppers. Daily.Bread.... 6 6 Table Beer, half a pint for boys only. The six Kitchen Girls have Tea daily, at four o’clock. Twenty Laundry Girls have Tea on Monday and Tuesday. Three Mangling Girls daily. Instead of Beer for Supper, the Girls have one pint of Cocoa daily. eq .% . Servants and Artsmasters, daily three quarters of a pound of meat, f . . .• E (•••«( i *•»»»$ (cooked).
