![Or, the Arseniate of Gold [5th,] or, Alstonia Constricta 2d dilution. Use the Stillingia Liniment. 392. WEED OR INFLAMED BREAST. Keep the breast as free of milk as possible. Then in a glass of water put half a grain of Tartar Emetic, to which add ten drops of Aconite. Dose : a teaspoonful eYery hour or two until better; then extend the time. At the same time apply over the inflamed breast the Clay mixture given on P. 237. Or, cut open a chicken and apply it warm; or a cat skin the same ; there is nothing better. 394. CHILD-BED FEVER. [Puerperal Fever.] Give [Aeon. Bell., and Bry.] Also take half a dram of Cream of Tartar, and the fourth of a grain of Podophyllin; mix, and give at a dose ; to be repeated every two hours until it produces free purging. To be followed by No. 1, P. 272. Send for a good Physician. 395. WOUNDS, CUTS, ETC.
