    Varieties of Detoxicated Vaccine Detoxicated Gonococcal Vaccine (A). (Telegraphic code: ‘“‘Puregon.’’) HIS is a pure gonococcal vaccine prepared from many strains (polyvalent). It is indicated in all early cases of gonorrhoea, also in cases of gonococcal arthritis, orchitis or epididymitis, iritis, ophthalmia neonatorum, endocarditis, salpingitis, ovaritis, etc. A series of seven injections, in conjunction with the usual local treatment, generally suffices for the average case. The following course of doses is recommended :— 5, 10 or 25 C.c. is bulk bottles at Equivalent in Days. Injection.
