Difficulties-having arisen in-connection with the adraission of complic ated obstetrical and puerperal cases to Biminghari, the .House Governor' of the .Royal Ho-spital, I'/olverhampton was approached .r/ith a view to such cases being admitted to this Hospital if no bods were available at Birmingham-, An arrangeraent was concluded whereby the Royal Hospital''s Consultants irould be available at an agreed fee for the purpose of visiting any abnormal obstetric caso and admitting to Hospital if necessary. It was-'also agreed that, cases''of puerperal sepsis would be admitted irithbut a'lirior consultation provided accommodation was available.
