$(22a) ceeding Ounces, but in fome or one of the faid Warehoufes, Storehoufes, Rooms, Shops - Vaults, Cellars, or other Places fo entred as afore- {aid; or in fome or one of the faid Warehoufes, to be approved of by the Commiffioners for the Inland uty hereby granted for the keeping To- bacco upon or after the Importation and Entry. thereof at the Cuftom-honfe, upon pain of and ) the Value thereof, together with And be it further Ena&ted by the Authority aforefaid, that from and after the faid | Day of where any Tobacco fall be fold or delivered out to be manufattu- red from any of the faid entred Places, in any Quantity above the Weight of __ the Officer or Officers of the faid Inland Duty, for the refpective Wivifions or Places where the fame fhall be fo fold or delivered, fhall be obliged and are hereby required, upon requeft of the Sel- ler or Sellers, Proprietor or Proprietors thereof, without fee or reward, to give to the refpective Buyer or Buyers, Manufacturer or Manufacturers thereof, Certificates in Writing expreffing. the Quantities fold or delivered to be manufactured, and the Names ef the refpeftive Buyers, Sellers, Proprietors and Manufa&urers, figned by the faid Officer or Officers, certifying thatthe Duty there- on charged by this A& hath been paid, ‘or that the faid Tobacco had been condemned as forfeit- ed, or was part of fuch Stock in hand as afore- faid ; which Certificate fhall be produced to and left with the Officer or Officers for the faid Duty,of the refpective Divifions into which the faid Tobacco fhall be carried, to fatisfy.the faid Officer or Officers that no Duties are to be anfwered for the fame, and that the feizing thereof may be prevented.
