Extension at Cumbernauld South, also the amalgamation of the undernoted Special Districts to be known as (a) Cumbernauld Special Lighting District and (b) Cumbernauld Special Scavenging District:— (a) Cumbernauld Special Lighting District. Dullatur Special Lighting District. (b) Cumbernauld Special Scavenging District. Dullatur Special Scavenging District. Under Section 33 (2) of the Local Government (Scotland) Act, 1929, (1) in terms of Section 131 of the Public Health (Scotland) Act, 1897, the following Special Districts were extended :— Cardross, Renton and Yale of Leven Special Water Supply District. Vale of Leven Special Lighting District. Yale of Leven Special Scavenging District. Kilpatrick and Bowling Special Lighting District. Kilpatrick and Bowling Special Scavenging District. Bowling Special Water Supply District. Bowling Special Drainage District. Waterside Special Drainage District. The boundaries of the Burgh of Milngavie have been extended as from the 16th May, 1946.
