![Bye-Laws—Librarian and Library. III. 43 If any person or persons so nominated be not elected by a Case of non- majority of the Fellows present, another person or persons, election- who shall have been nominated in like manner by the Council, shall, at a Meeting of the Fellows to be holden within fourteen days for that purpose, be proposed to the Fellows for election as Examiners, and so on, until the Examiners shall have been elected. IV. The Examiners shall be re-eligible, provided always that Examiners one Examiner on each of the subjects of Examination go ie*ellsible* out of office annually, and that no Fellow of the College, who has been an Examiner during three successive years, shall be re-eligible, until after an interval of at least one year. V. In the case of an Examiner being elected a Censor of the Succession. College, such Examiner shall cease to be an Examiner so soon as another Fellow can be elected in his place. VI. The Examiners shall inquire into, and test the qualifications Duties, of all Candidates for the College Licence, in accordance with the Bye-Laws and Regulations of the College.
