    Bye-Laws—Members. 53 Medical Practitioner; the Censors’ Board, having well weighed and considered these Testimonials, may, if they see fit, submit them to the Fellows at a General Meeting, and it shall be determined by the votes of the Fellows present, or of the majority of them, taken by ballot, whether the Candidate shall be admitted to examination, which shall, in every such case, he as full and complete as the Censors may deem sufficient.
