Size 8? by 7+ inches, with inscription margin only. Fine impression. £4 10s General; commanded at Marston Moor, 1644; defeated Chas. I. at Naseby, 1645; headed Commission sent to Chas. II: at The Hague, 1660. 78 FIFE (James Duff, 4th Earl of, 1776-1857) . Full length, standing, in Highland costume, right hand. holding gun, landscape in background. Large and fine mezzotint by G. R. Ward after Sir Francis Grant, P.R.A, Size 20¢ by 14% inches, with margins. 1840. Hngraver’s proof before any letters. £9 5s Spanish General, fought at Talavera. M.P. for Banff. 79 GLOUCESTER (Henry Stuart, Duke of, 1639-1660) . . Half length to left, in armour, oval on tablet, Arms under. Line by C, V. Dalen after S. Luttichuys, Size 142 by 102 inches, with narrow margins, . Brilliant proof impression before any letters. £18 18s Son of Charles I. Distinguished himself as a Volunteer with the Spanish in Flanders, 1657-8. So HUTCHINSON (Lord, afterwards 2nd Earl Donoughmore, 1757-1832) . Half length in uniform. Mezzotint by Goss. Size 12 by 9? inches, with inscription margin. 1802. £3 3s General; commanded under Abercromby in Egypt; captured Cairo and Alexandria.
