    The following Table has been drawn up to show the present condition of 1e Cellar Tenements, as also the Stables, Cow-sheds, and Pigsties adjoining, le dimensions of the windows are given, but few of them furnish any light or me4 of ventilation, as they are destitute of glass, and the space is either closed bjj shutter or stuffed full of straw, old rags, and rubbish. Few have any bedsteads r furniture of any kind.
