    D 40 district confinements were attended by a midwife from the Maternity Hospital. Included in the above notifications were 28 still births, 16 of which were attended by doctors and 12 by midwives. 33 interments of still-born children were reported from the City Cemetery, only 21 of which had previously been notified.
