Description
This is a label which would have been applied to either a bottle of the lotion or the box it was sold in, probably dating from the early 1900s. It includes directions for use on the two side panels but no details of its manufacturer. The central panel has a picture of a smiling young girl with long, dark, ringlets inside a wreath border in the middle of the text. This is surrounded by a yellow ochre border with blackberry leaf, vine and flower motifs. There is space at the bottom for the retailer to have their details overprinted.
