BLIND PERSONS ACT, 1920. This Act required the County Council to make arrangements for ])romoting the Avelfare of thei blind ])ersons living Avithin the AdministratiA^e County. The Act is administered bA the Public Health Committee, Avho formulated a scheme in 1921, Avhich aauis approved bv the ^linistrv of Health.
