Errors of long {landing, that have taken faft Root in the Confutation, require fome Time to be eradicated. For this Reafon, fuch as are really ill fhould be very regular, for the firfc Month, in the daily Ufe of Chalybeate Waters. After that Period they may relax occafionally ; but thofe Patients will aft wifely who continue them pretty conftantly for fome Months. Such Perfons as reap an Advantage from the Waters need not be reminded of this, nor of returning to them again in the following Seafons. Inclina¬ tion, if not NecefTity, will prompt them to re- vifit the reviving Chalybeate Springs. We are now come to the mod arduous Part of our Sub]eft, the Quantity proper to be taken of thefe Waters. We have already cautioned the Public againfl too large a Dofe ; . but it is not fo eafy, in all Cafes, to adjufl the proper Quantity.
