Description
The Marquess of Normanby and Lord Morpeth are on tip-toe. One of the results of the mismanagement of affairs in Canada was the removal of Lord Glenelg from the office of Secretary of State for the Colonial Department. He was unaware that his former colleagues were resolving to remove him
