[Note.—The use of the Stomach Pump is ended with some danger in cases where there ■ nuch erosion, especially if there be haemorrhage m the stomach. ALCOHOL, ETHER, CHLOROFORM, CHLORAL HYDRATE, AND THE HYDROCARBONS. Stomach Pump, Emetics, Cold Affusion head and spine. Electro-Magnetism, Artificial Eespira- >n. CAUSTIC ALKALIES. Olive Oil, Dilute Acetic Acid or Yinegar. Note.—This treatment is also suitable for soning by Compound Camphor Liniment. ALKALOIDS. (Aconitine, Atropine, Strychnine.) Emetics and Stomach Pump. No liable antidote. Chloral Hydrate has proved useful in me cases of poisoning by Strychnine.
