I emphasise that our high figures are largely due to the housing conditions. Until these are satisfactorily improved, you cannot expect to have other than a large Tuberculosis Death-Rate. What you have done is already showing results in your General Death-Rate and your Infantile Death-Rate, and to some extent in Tuberculosis, but a steady progression along the lines of the last few years must continue.
