1 volume 53 ll. 4to. 19 × 141/2 cm. Original calf binding, worn. Some leaves at the beginning and elsewhere torn out, others mutilated: many erasures.

Presented 1913.

The main compiler of this MS. seems to have been Thomas Tye, apparently of Pinkston in Derbyshire, whose entries are dated c. 1760-1778.
