Description

Spiny, low growing plant with leathery blue-green leaves. (NB, yellow flowers not associated). Contains saponins - sapogenic glycosides which are poisonous to lower forms of life and are powerful hemolytics when injected into the blood stream, able to dissolve red blood cells at even extreme dilutions.
