![Certificates. General Reg ister. Case-book. Report dis- charges to all Commanding Officers. Dai'y Duties. Papers to for- ward. Weekly Duties. Quarterly Du- ties. (c.) The record oi facts, appended to certificates of any kind, is to be copied into the Hospital Certificate Book. (d.) When any patient having pension claims receives his discharge, it shall be noted, that day, in the General Eegister, and Journal of Sub- sistence, and in the Case book, with the number of his Case paper, as also in all other Hospital records, where his name appears: meanwhile his Case paper ranst be filed with the Hospital ticket attached, and a memorandum of his precise condition as to Pension claims; the same for patients without claims, except the Case-book record. (e.) Report all discharges to the Commandant of the Station, and, in cases of Seamen or Marines belonging to the Eeceiving Ship or other vessel, to the Com- manding Officer, with notice to the Paymaster, so that he may reissue rations; and make a similar report of Marines from Barracks, to their Commanding Officer, 6. • Daily Duties. (a.) Immediately after breakfast, and at nightfall, make regular visit to patients, and inspect wards. (b.) Enter in the diet-table, (form Z,) under heading JVo. of Bed, the orders for Special diet. (c.) Keep up Case papers. {d.) Write up Journal of Subsistence for the previous day. (e.) Eeceive gate-keeper's reports of tickets of leave. (/.) Inspect Meteorological Eegister. {g.) When dinner is reported, inspect food on the tables. (/«.) Whenever matured, forward to the Bureau the following papers: 1. Certificate of death, in duplicate. 2. In one envelope, and accompanied by letter of advice. Reports of Sur >' veys, in duplicate, Memorials fo*. Pension, and Paymaster's Certificate OF Discharge, single. T. Weekly Duties. {a.) On Sunday morning, complete and sign Weekly Eeport of Sick, Iform I, ] for Commandant, and Eeport of Beds, &c., \_form ^f,] for Bureau, [ft.] On Monday morning, forward Sunday reports, with letter of recom- mendation, [^fonn F.] to Bureau, for Discharges, and Survey contemplating Discharge. §. Quarterly Duties. [a. ] Form K, with its proper vouchers of Expenditures. [J.] Separate Vouchees for repairs and improvements of buildings and grounds.
