[ 10 ] There {hall be two Cafh-Books, one to be kept by the Mailer of the Hofpital, the other by the Receiver, who {hall enter into his Calh-Book all and every Sum and Sums of Money paid to him or his Order, for the Ufe of the faid Hofpital, immediately after the Payment thereof, and upon every Monday Morning he lhall attend the Mailer of the Hofpital, or in his Abfence, fuch Perfons as {hall be deputed by the Mailer for fuch Purpofe, with the faid Caffi- Book, and lhall then enter into the Mailer's Calh-Book all fuch Payments that lhall not be before that Time entered therein, that the Mailer, or the Perfon in his Abfence deputed by him, may fee that the Entries in the two Calh-Books agree; and the Receiver lhall certify at the Foot of each Weekly Account, what Sum of Money there was then remaining in his Hands. He lhall make a juft Entry in the large Leidger-Book of the Te¬ nants Names and Rents, of all Rents and Monies received from them, and lhall, as often as required, attend the Mailer with the faid Leidger-Book. He lhall pay, or caufe to be paid, to the Manciple of the Hofpi¬ tal 30 /. on every Friday, for the weekly Provifion and Diet of the Hofpital, and lhall quarterly make up, and clear Accounts with the laid Manciple. He lhall pay all the Tradefmens Bills for NecelTaries delivered for the Ufe of the Hofpital, as foon as allowed, and figned by the Mailer, if there be Calh then fufficient in his Hands 5 but if not, as foon as there lhall be. He lhall pay, or caufe to be paid quarterly unto the Mailer, Preacher, School-mailer and Ulher, and all other the Officers, Pen- fioners, Members and Servants of the Hofpital, all fuch Fees, Penlions, Wages, and other Allowances, as by any Order, Ordi¬ nances, Conllitutions and Grants made, or to be made by the Go- vernours, as are or lhall be appointed to be paid to them, viz. on the Fealls of St. Michael the Archangel, the Birth of our Lord Chrift, the Annunciation of the Bleffed Virgin Mary, and the Na¬ tivity of St. John the Baptill, or within ten Days next after each of the faid Fealls in every Year. He lhall keep a Book of Dilburfements, wherein all Payments by him made on Account of the Hofpital lhall be duly entered, with the true Date of fuch Payments.
