Description
An analysis of 360 cases. Shows repair of a small atrial septal defect in the upper portion of the septum; the use of dacron patch to close a large interatrial septal defect; a dacron patch to repair a 'sinus venosus' defect; case of low defect requiring both surgical repair of an incompetent mitral valve and closure of the septum with a patch prosthesis.
