![ORDER IIIf. Labours rendered difficult from disproportion be- tween the dimensions of the cavity of the pelvis and the head of the child. 1. Original smallness of the pelvis. 2. Distortion of the pelvis. 3. Head of the child unusually large, or too much ossified. 4, Head of the child enlarged by disease. 5. Face inclined towards the ossa pubis. 6.
