Persons may be entered on Register. 11.—Every person shall be entitled to have his name entered on the Kegister of the Newfoundland Medical Hoard, upon .satisfying that body that he holds a degree or tlijiloma from some regular University, or School of medicine in good standintf, and shall then receive from the Hoard a licen.se bearing the sen,l of that body, upon payment to the Registrar of the sum of five dollars, and shall have his name entered upon the Register. Licen.seil practi- tioners shall obt.'iin certificates. 12.—No such licensed practitioner .slmll be entitled to practice in any year without taking out from the Hoard, before the first day of damuiry in every year, a certificate to No person shall Isigin the study of nijilieine without (V ceitjtieate. practice, for which he shall pay the fee of one dollar.
