    the total number of deaths which took place in the Urban District, I estimate the number of deaths to have been 127 The population of Eomford, which in 1891, was 8,408, may now, I think, he fairly estimated to he 9,500, so that the death-rate for the past year was 12*3 per 1,000 of the population.
