Mr. Mayor, Ladies and Gentlemen, The Annual Report for the year 1941 is still issued in the curtailed form as laid down by the Ministry of Health. The health of your district in the year under review has been satisfactory, and there has been no undue incidence of the more serious types of infectious disease. I would draw your attention to the comments which I have ma le upon the housing position later in the Report.
