Mrs. Graham Rees-Mogg having kindly intimated that her donation of £5°° should be appropriated for the X-Ray department, the Medical Board has, since the close of the year, recommended to the Committee of Management the absolute necessity of installing a shock-proof’apparatus the cost of which is £1,120. Massage and Electrical Department.—The work of this department continues to be of great service to the community. Five thousand one-hundred and fifty-one treatments were given during the year. Ophthalmic Department.—The number of patients treated during the year was 328, involving 638 attend¬ ances. Dental Department.—The number of cases treated in this department also shows an increase and much good work is being done. During the year 482 attendances were made, 249 dental operations were performed, and 38 patients were supplied with dentures. General Out-Patient Department.—During the year one thousand four hundred and ninety attendances were recorded in the general out-patient, casualty and dressings departments.
