Tables B. C. and D. show population census estimated to middle of 1905, with Birth and Death rates, also Causes of Mortality and numbers in the different localities. Zymotic Death Rate. The diseases included in this rate are as follows : — Epidemic Diarrhoea 19 ; Enteric Fever 0 ; Scarlet Fever 1 ; Diphtheria 0 ; Measles 0; Whooping Cough 2 ; Small-Pox 9 ; Total 25 deaths. The Zymotic Death rate is therefore 1*8 per 1,000 for whole district, compared with 2 4 last year. Phthisis Death Rate.
