Description

Portrait medallion of Wilhelm Conrad Rontgen (1845-1923) German physicist and mechanical engineer. From an enlargement exhibited at the centenary exhibition of medical photography prepared for the Centenary of the Royal Photographic Society, 1953, by the Medical Section of the Society and presented to the Wellcome Historical Medical Museum in 1955.
