Accommodation. Under Section 36 of the Act of 1846, the number of baths provided for the labouring classes in any establishment must be not less than twice the number of baths provided of higher classes, and under Section 5 of the Act of 1847, the same provision is made with respect to the number of washing tubs or troughs.
