Mouth to be cleansed, wash hands and face. 4 p.m. Cup of tea and milk, bread and butter, jam or cake. 6 p.m. Pulse, respiration, temperature. 7 p.m. The patient’s hair to be brushed and plaited. Her hands, face, shoulders, and lower part of her back to be washed. The back and shoulders to be rubbed with eau-de-Cologne and boric powder. Mouth to be cleansed. Change draw-sheet and top-sheet.
