![V •' I. TThAT no Midwife to this Charity do presume at any time to take of any patient, any fee, reward or gratihcation, directly, or indirectly, for any service done, or to be done, on account of this Charity, on pain of being instantly discharged. 11. I « That the Physician and Man-^midwife do attend Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, at the house to which the letters are directed, between the hours of nine and ten in the morning, to give all necessary directions and advice. III. All persons, who shall become objects of this Charity are to be attended when in labor, by Midwives regularly instructed in their business; and to have due Attendance and Medicines for one month after. IV. » All cases of difficulty and danger, [as well in time of labor as afterwards] to be attended by the Physician and Man-midwife belonging to the said Charity. V. That the Secretary be present at all general and committee meetings <at the time appointed, and keep all the 'books and accounts in a regular and methodical manner; and do all such business as is usually done by Secretaries of other Charities.
