    Testimonial of CHANCELLOR NELSON,Profcs. sor of Law, in William and Mary College. I HAVE attended many of the Lectures of Dr. Hare, during the course, in the college of William and Mary, and found his experiments, and the ex- planation of them very satisfactory.
