    78 In the first few numbers of this T should give, in more detailed form, the philosophic argument of these principles. This would be accompanied however by a practical illustration of these principles as applied to some question of the day. We should want for this ])urpose our own printers, chart makei-s, machinery, etc. To rely on business houses in the outside world to do this thoroughly oi- in time would, judging by my ex[)erience, be fatal to the efficiency of the work.
