This would be accompanied however by a practical illustration of these principles as applied to some question of the day. We should want for this ])urpose our own printers, chart makei-s, machinery, etc. To rely on business houses in the outside world to do this thoroughly oi- in time would, judging by my ex[)erience, be fatal to the efficiency of the work. Before concluding what may prove to l)e tln^ last statement T shall niak'e on this work, since everything now de})ends on the suppoi't I get from the outside world, I desire to thank once more the able and self sacrificing assistants 1 have had in the last yeai‘.
