German facsimile edition of the 1834 publication, with a title page in English and introductions by Zvonka Zupanič Slavec in Slovenian, English and German which describes the contents as dealing with: "geography (climatology, hydrography and meteorology), biology (general, fauna and flora), physical topography... diseases and their treatment at the time... local influences on contracting ailments... medical education given at the time to health workers, the work of pharmacists and veterinarians, the public, humanitarian and private health institutions, popular medicine and massage... Austrian health regulations regarding vaccination, epidemics, the treatment of the poor, foundlings, etc.... demographic data on natality, mortality, morbidity and the expected lifespan in Ljubljana for the decade 1823-1833."
