    The proposal for the erection of a new station is well advanced. Plans have been prepared, and it is hoped that the erection of the station will not be long delayed. The site for the station is situated in Saxton Lane, and has been acquired from the Housing Committee. The new station will provide better facilities both for garaging and servicing, while the staff accommodation will be greatly im¬ proved.
