But the Phyfician who di¬ rected it, had himfelf taken twice that Quan¬ tity in the fame Space of Time ; he conti¬ nues the Ufe of it to this Day, having in all taken more Pints of it than my Lord did Ounces, and yet is alive and well : And my Lord himfelf, except the Complaints from the Stone, was in perfect Health from the Day he firft began it, to the 4th of Fe¬ bruary, the Day he left it off. Was it from the great Lofs of Blood, oc- cafion’d by his being fo much torn and wounded by the Stones in coming away ?
