IFSPECTIOH and SUPERVISION OF FOOD SUPPLIES Milk The Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food is responsible for the supervision of the production of milk in the district. There are ten farms producing milk and of these six produce Tuberculin Tested milk and four produce undesignated milk. The County Council, as the Food and Drugs Authority, are responsible for the enforcement of the provisions of the Milk (Special Designations) (specified Areas)(Ho, 2) Order, 1955> which is in force in the Urban District,
