    then three ‘Pounds of Liquor, that is one of ftrong Liquor, and two of fome aqueous fluid, will in a Medium, be fufficient to dilute it abundantly. For thus there will be two Particles of a Fluid, to one folid Particle; which abating the folid Parts thrown off by Siege, will fuf- fice to make the Chyle abundantly thin, to circulate through all the fine Channels, whofe Diameters are larger than that of the folid Particle, the principal End of its Thinnefis and Fluidity.
