Treating blankets with insecticide

Control of vector-borne diseases: treating chadders (wraps/blankets) with insecticide This woman is dipping the chaddar in the emulsion until all of the insecticide has been absorbed. She is in a refugee camp in Pakistan. The refugees are asked to dry their chaddars on their beds. This has the advantage of keeping the permethrin out of the sun which may denature the chemical.
